About the Role
We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist who will be the contact for all Afreshies, remote and local and all of their device related questions. You'll be responsible to ensure that the Afresh team is set-up for success from an IT perspective. This includes onboarding new hires (e.g., issuing new devices like laptops and tablets), collaborating with Office Management to ensure our WiFi is consistently up and running, and responding to basic IT questions.
