Job Description

As a marketing coordinator, you will work closely with the Director of Marketing and other key stakeholders within marketing, sales, and the company to take projects from inception to execution. We are looking for someone who can handle multiple projects and deadlines, cares deeply about affecting global change, and is excited to grow their career in marketing. What will you be doing?

  • Assist with both internal and external event logistics including conferences, field events, and webinars
  • Coordinate development of collateral, digital campaigns, and sales training
  • Support and create engaging social media post copy, editorial calendar co-management, blog post staging, and more
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and other partners to ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality
  • Jump on in marketing projects where we need an extra set of hands; learn multiple sub functions of marketing quickly

  • 1+ years of professional experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, event management, social media, or marketing program management
  • Excellent project management skills and proven ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and varying seniority levels
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
