Responsible for providing assistance at site and administrative/secretarial support to the organization’s unit and designated Management Officers.<ul><li><ul><li>Scheduling of relevant meetings for the team</li><li>Responsible for the Management Team MOM</li><li>Gather data from responsible areas for monthly reports.</li><li>Review for common spelling errors and layout quality of Month end report.</li><li>Work and Coordinates with Makati office for report submission.</li><li>Manage Management actions List</li><li>Manage filling system.</li><li>Management of Site Meeting programs</li><li>Manage Management purchase and reimbursement claims.</li><li>Management of Manager Outlook Meeting schedule</li><li>Liaise with agents in booking of accommodation and transportation for business travel.</li><li>Do local purchasing of office goods and snack corner as may require.</li><li>Coordinate office cleaning.</li><li>Manage functions/celebrations.</li><li>Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion</li><li>Supporting other staff members and departments as needed</li><li>Perform task as may be assigned. </li></ul></li><li>Site Location: Isabela &amp; Nueva Ecija</li></ul>
