Continuous Improvement Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards for the Supply Chain team
• Identify areas of improvement using data analysis to propose solutions
• Increase data accuracy across the organization
• Participate in system implementation and integration projects
• Support Ad Hoc data requests
• Help drive efficiency and growth across the network
• Use root cause analysis to determine failure points and improve processes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Microsoft Access
• Tableau or experience with other visualization and data prep tools
• Cognos Report Studio a plus
• Experience using NetSuite or a similar ERP system
• Manhattan or other TMS experience
• SQL, Python or other programming experience preferred
• Understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics Principles
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Hybrid on-site in El Segundo and remote
