Job Description:

We seek to hire a CORPORATE FINANCE / M&A Associate to strengthen our Swiss Corporate Finance and M&A team based in Zurich. As an Associate your job involves significant interpersonal interaction with both clients and investors across deal generation and execution cycles in cross-border public and private M&A, IPO advisory, as well as ECM and DCM (e.g., in the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda, supporting financial analysis and valuation modelling, etc.). There is also a business development aspect, with the chance to develop skills both originating business and adding to the team’s expertise within the covered sectors.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of professional experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or similar
  • Prior involvement in multiple M&A transactions, from start to finish
  • Robust financial and analytical skill set
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a team
  • A self-starter with a positive outlook and can-do attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional fluency in German and English being a strict requirement for this role
