- Responsible for the Healthcare architecture design management of the project , such as formulating project schedule and budget plan; after getting the department manager’s related approval, should ensure the project is implemented as scheduled;
- Assist the chief Healthcare designer or project manager in organizing design team to promote and complete the project scheme design;
- Conduct junior designers’ design and drawing work to guarantee the quality of project drawings;
- Responsible for the calculation of area, sunlight, energy reservation, etc of allocating project;
- Responsible for compiling the presentation documents at different stages;
- Assist client in project setup and take responsible for the communication and coordination work between the client and government executive department;
- Take charge of the subsequent design and implement the concept design to the subsequent process to ensure the project’s final result.
