We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administering and customizing NetSuite ERP, with a strong focus on optimizing accounting practices within a NetSuite OneWorld environment. This role involves providing user support, managing data integrity, and driving process improvements.

In this role, you will organize roles, workflows, and dashboards to meet user needs, collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the system, and optimize accounting processes using native NetSuite features.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for optimizing user experience and system utilization. Your duties will include streamlining processes by organizing roles, forms, and workflows, developing tailored dashboards to meet specific user needs, providing timely and effective support to end-users, and conducting training sessions to enhance user proficiency and system adoption. You will also create comprehensive documentation to aid users in understanding and utilizing the system effectively.
  • Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for process optimization and system enhancements. You will also implement new processes tailored to specific functional groups to meet evolving business needs. Additionally, you will guide the development of solutions that leverage native system functionalities whenever feasible, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Your duties will include delivering actionable insights and real-time information. You will lead initiatives to create and customize saved searches and reports, ensuring stakeholders can access the data they need to make informed decisions. Additionally, you will champion data integrity by establishing clear processes, designing concise forms, and identifying and addressing data inaccuracies
  • You will serve as a trusted advisor to the accounting team, guiding them in adopting best practices within the NetSuite platform. You will lead initiatives to optimize accounting processes by effectively leveraging the platform's standard features, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Your role will entail to take initiative and lead out on projects requiring input from multiple stakeholders and departments.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience administering, implementing, and customizing business processes in the NetSuite ERP.
  • Advanced understanding of the accounting process and best practices in a NetSuite OneWorld environment.
  • Extensive experience with roles, permissions, forms, advanced PDFs, and workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support users effectively. 
  • Experience in leading process improvement initiatives and managing projects.

Manufacturing and Engineering Departments Physical Requirements:
-Use appropriate PPE and follow all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
-This position will often: Sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist,  climb, balance, stoop, squat,  kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions. 
-Some tasks may require the use of ladders or stairs
-Some tasks may require driving or the use of foot controls
-Lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 pound
