This is how you will grow:

  • Ensure timely commissioning of vehicles and analysis in accordance to pre-series build schedule. Ensure high quality in each build stage.
  • Document the rework time per vehicle and time spend on tasks.
  • Perform analysis to identify root causes and propose counter measures, incl. documentation.
  • Analyze root causes of problems through evaluation of data and hands on techniques and document results. Summaries results in a short documentation for upper management and escalation meeting.
  • Invite and Lead tech. escalation meeting to ensure solutions will be provided in time.
  • Work in cross functional team workgroups for problem solving activities and support analysis.
  • Analyze measurement reports, drawings, technical descriptions and 3D models for any buildability issue.
  • Perform part sample production trials to detect process defects or errors and to confirm product changes and quality improvements.
  • Provide product “re-work” instructions and one time training lessons.
  • Support Assembly and Finish for Direct Run affecting topics

 This is how you will take us forward:

  • Degree in Electric/Electronic or proof of similar qualification
  • Experience with vehicle electronic networks/systems (i.e. CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
  • 2+ years experiences with vehicle functions and share network communication
  • English fluent - verbal and written
  • Experience with vehicle analysis tools
