What you'll do:

• Lead the design efforts within a product team, collaborating closely with a product manager and an engineering manager.

• Shape and define the vision for your product area, driving its execution alongside your product team.

• Collaborate with other teams to create user experiences that are impactful and cohesive.

• Drive innovation, pushing boundaries to enhance the overall design process.

• Take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.

• Apply strong UX principles to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that address user needs and business goals.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience designing for both mobile and web applications.

• Experience working with complex technical products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in B2B or SaaS products.

• Experience working with high-technology products and AI

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite

• Understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML/CSS, to effectively communicate with engineers.

• Ability to create design systems and maintain consistency across different products.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.
