Solar power is the #1 source of new energy in the world. Raptor Maps is a fast-growing, venture-backed, MIT-born startup that builds software to manage the solar lifecycle. We are deployed across 40 countries and 31 million solar panels. Our software enables the solar industry to scale, which is essential in the fight against climate change.

Raptor Maps is looking for a high-energy and dynamic Sales Operations Specialist to provide operational support to the sales team. This role will be responsible for managing CRM system, collaborating across many teams, creating complex contracts, completing important customer paperwork, and developing key contact outbound lists. The Sales Operations Specialist is critical to the success of the sales engine.

As we scale we’re looking to hire a Sales Operations Specialist that can learn our system quickly, enable our sales team to do their best work, and ultimately grow with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in the solar industry and Raptors Maps product in order to train and enable sales reps to be more effective in their product knowledge, systems use, and process
  • Create and manage sales documentation and collateral to ensure the Sales team can successfully operate
  • Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and business operations team members on various support projects and strategic sales approach
  • Be the main administrator of our Hubspot CRM system
  • Setup and manage contact sequences in CRM
  • Follow processes and SOPs and route leads to appropriate sales reps
  • Own the creation of complex contracts for large scale deals
  • Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
  • Own and participate in long-term projects aimed at improving internal efficiency or sales rep productivity
  • Complete important customer vendor onboarding paperwork


Qualifications:

  • Self motivated, strong analytical skills, a process and systems-oriented mindset, extremely well organized, strong attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and on social media.
  • Ability to work both individually and collaboratively within a team environment to drive actionable and measurable results
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new technology and practices
  • Experience with Hubspot, Gong, ZoomInfo, Zoom is a plus!
  • Must have experience with spreadsheets and databases (Excel, Airtable, etc.)
  • Must be primarily located in the contiguous US
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
