Sr. Compensation Analyst will support the design and delivery of our compensation strategy and programs. This position is responsible for administering, analyzing, maintaining, and implementing compensation practices and policies. This position will perform compensation and market analysis, conduct reviews for new and re-evaluated jobs, provide salary recommendations and ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. In addition, this role will execute the ongoing operational tasks related to compensation.

Responsibilities:

  • Recommend job evaluation level and market pricing globally
  • Establish ongoing review of job matches with Talent Partner and department leaders
  • Manage MarketPay software systems while maintaining all job evaluations and job descriptions
  • Participate in compensation surveys across all markets/countries
  • Perform analysis on effectiveness, market competitiveness, and internal equity on quarterly basis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis
  • 2+ years of experience in advanced Excel
  • 1+ years of experience with MarketPay strongly preferred
  • Experience with global compensation strategy (Europe and North America strongly preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business administration, finance, or economics
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
  • Expertise in pricing jobs across a variety of functions and industries
  • Deep understanding of compensation surveys
  • Track record of building and optimizing processes
  • International compensation experience
  • Capable of influencing and developing cross-functional working relationships
  • Extraordinarily organized and detail oriented
