SUMMARY

Nexamp is looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Technical Recruiting Partner to join our People Team and support our recruitment projects and goals. You will support our exciting growth in our Software Development, Product, and Information Technology teams, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, will have proven experience with sourcing and screening candidate in technical roles, and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships – both in person and remotely. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the end-to-end candidate journey and experience (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer, hire) serving as the partner for our leaders in Software Development, Product, and Information Technology (DPI) as well as Engineering
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the interview process from kick-off to first day, creating a deep understanding of their hiring needs
• Proactively search for candidates through passive engagement and reach-out, creating a pipeline for future talent and defining sourcing strategies and methods for hard-to-fill positions
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the diversity of our talent pool
• Manage and coordinate candidate processes and communicate with applicants to answer questions, schedule interviews, and ensure timeliness
• Own responsibility for Nexamp’s Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data is accurate 
• Collaborate with other HR functions to efficiently plan for a smooth on-boarding
• Willingness to support Nexamp hiring for other roles as needed
• This role reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, hands-on, results-oriented and a team player.

Key qualifications as follows:

• A minimum of 3 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, with candidates with both recruiting firm (contingent and/or retained) and corporate recruiting experience
• At least 2 years of hiring Product Managers, Software Developers, Data Scientists, and other technical roles
• A strong understanding of the technical landscape and about the space, as well as a knowledge of the tools to attract highly in-demand talent across the Unites States
• Self-motivated and curious to learn new strategies, technologies, or new sourcing avenues
• Ability to take initiative and work well independently, as well as collaboratively with the team and hiring managers
• Prior experience and involvement working on DE&I initiatives preferred, a commitment towards diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring
• Prior experience in the energy sector is a plus but not required
• Greenhouse (ATS) experience
