Responsibilities:

• Carrying out process and data analyses: Analysis of production data to identify weak points and optimization potential in the assembly processes. Support with data collection and evaluation in order to make well-founded decisions for improvement measures.

• Creation of evaluations and reports: Preparation and presentation of analysis results in precise reports and interactive dashboards that provide management and teams with a clear overview of the current status of assembly processes.

• Support in the development and monitoring of KPIs: Collaboration in the definition and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs), which are crucial for the continuous monitoring and improvement of production performance in assembly.

• Creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards: Design, implement and continuously update Power BI dashboards to visualize assembly metrics and opex measures. Ensuring that relevant data is available and understandable for all stakeholders at all times.

• Collaboration on CIP and Opex projects: Active participation in continuous improvement processes (CIP) and operational excellence (Opex) initiatives. Support in the planning, implementation and follow-up of measures to increase efficiency, optimize processes and improve quality in assembly.

Qualifications:

• Student (f/m/d) mechanical engineering / industrial mechanics or comparable studies 

• High interest in optimizing activities

• Innovative, cross-departmental thinking

• Structured approach, goal orientation

• High flexibility and independent way of working, but also a team player  

• German and English fluent
