The Role:

Responsible for creation and maintenance of Customer Data records by servicing requests. Reporting on Master Data Management (MDM) metrics. Focus on continuous improvement and monitoring of Customer Data. Use strong communication skills (verbal and written) to coordinate with internal and external teams to collate and scrub the data and provide meaningful insights by driving process improvements. Provide reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) around health of Customer Master Data. Work on specialized tasks and analytics projects required to respond to inquiries from internal and external customers as they relate to future, in-process and past customer data requests.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus 4 years of professional experience managing and ensuring data integrity by developing and applying mathematical and statistical skills and methods (including Python, R programming, and Regression techniques (including Linear and polynomial) to analyze and interpret data for customer master data servers.  Must also have the following: 2 years of professional experience writing standard operating procedures; 2 years of professional experience providing reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) relating to customer data; 1 year of professional experience using Excel and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems including Oracle and Salesforce; 1 year of professional experience working with Master Data Management application software.
