In this role, you will play a critical part in system integration, tooling, automation, and build/release management to ensure the reliability and scalability of Hayden AI’s products. You will work on proof-of-concept (POC) projects, support the field team, and drive continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Key Responsibilities<ul style=""><li>Contribute to the testing framework of embedded systems during system integration phases to ensure high performance and reliability.</li><li>Design and develop tooling and automation frameworks to streamline validation processes and reduce testing cycles.</li><li>Manage build and release processes for embedded software, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop POCs for new features and capabilities.</li><li>Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve development efficiency and quality assurance.</li><li>Interface with field teams to troubleshoot and validate system performance in real-world environments.</li><li>Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure system robustness and compliance with project requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul style=""><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in embedded software validation, system integration, and testing.</li><li>Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, C, or C++.</li><li>Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or equivalent.</li><li>Experience with automation frameworks and test tooling for embedded systems.</li><li>Solid understanding of build and release management for embedded software.</li><li>Hands-on experience in field interfacing and validating systems in deployment environments.</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.</li></ul>Bonus Skills<ul style=""><li>Experience with embedded Linux and real-time operating systems (RTOS).</li><li>Knowledge of hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing methodologies.</li><li>Familiarity with debugging tools and equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG debuggers.</li><li>Understanding of agile development methodologies.</li></ul>
