Indigo’s Biological Products organization develops products based upon our deep understanding of the plant microbiome. The company has commercialized such products for cotton, wheat, barley, corn, soybeans, and rice in North America, Latin America, and Europe under the biotrinsic™ brand. Our R&D and product development teams are working to continue to develop products that address the growing number of abiotic and biotic stresses that crops experience worldwide.

The role of Regulatory Manager, International is responsible for supporting the management, coordination, and completion of government, regulatory and compliance documents as they relate to biological agricultural products in countries of Indigo’s business interest.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, manage, and maintain dossier data generation and communication used for Federal, State and Provincial registrations of Indigo biological products globally.
  • Maintain close communication with “on the ground” regulatory colleagues, experts, and consultants to track convey global regulatory timelines to internal stakeholders
  • Identify and implement efficiencies with global regulatory dossier data development and communication.
  • As per regulatory requirements and guidelines, initiate and oversee the appropriate support projects with contract laboratories or research organizations ensure the fitness, quality and timeliness of the data that gets developed for registrations.
  • Leverage the studies and data from Indigo as a global organization for efficiencies and for timely regulatory submissions and outcomes. Avoid duplication.
  • Remain educated and informed on biological products regulatory matters and industry affairs worldwide.

Qualifications:

  • BS/MS degree with emphasis on agronomy, biology, environmental sciences, or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience working within current agricultural biological regulations
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on expertise working with current agricultural biological regulations especially human health & ecological risk assessments, globally
  • Great working relationships with government agencies who oversee risk assessments during registrations
