Industry and Ecosystem Initiatives Lead

THE OPPORTUNITY and REQUIREMENTS

As the Industry and Ecosystem Initiatives Lead at Actual, your role is to ensure that Actual has a seat at the table for important conversations on a variety of strategically important topics including ESG, climate change, financing disclosures, and others. If an important conversation isn’t happening, it will be your responsibility to start it.

• Build and maintain a map of industry and ecosystem standards, initiatives, and other relevant collaborative efforts
• Develop, maintain, and execute against an ecosystem engagement strategy and roadmap
• Build and maintain relationships with providers building solutions that our customers could use to meet their ESG goals
• Keep track of the ESG goals of key industry players

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• A proven track record of strategic industry engagement
• Keen attention to detail while being able to zoom out and see the bigger picture
• The ability to devise strategies and roadmaps to reach goals that are nebulous or poorly defined
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, cross-collaborative, and organizational skills
