THE OPPORTUNITY and REQUIREMENTS
As an Operations Associate at Actual, you will actively support our day-to-day company operations. You will work closely with our founders on assisting with and coordinating day-to-day tasks to keep the business running and growing, and on a variety of important tactical projects. The right person for this role will be diligent, creative, and have a knack for keeping things moving along.
As an early member of our team, your tasks will include:
- Scheduling meetings with customers and prospects, job candidates, and others
- Work with members of the team to complete key administrative and operational tasks
- Oversee day-to-day operations (internal and with clients) and implement projects with new and existing customers
- Support ad-hoc projects as needed
- Ad-hoc project management
- Continuously improve existing structures and coordination across the company
- Work with Engineering and Sales teams to meet and exceed customer needs
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience coordinating business operations in a professional capacity.
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, cross-collaborative, and organizational skills
