Aspiration is looking for an experienced Director, Brand Partnerships to build a team and establish a best in class process for working with our rapidly growing partnerships business. This lead and their group will work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute deals that drive revenue, customer acquisition, and brand awareness for the company. What You'll Do

  • Flawlessly execute deals to ensure success and repeat business  
  • Create the playbook for partnership best practices and define both short and long term success metrics
  • Manage and build lasting relationships with our partners to increase company revenue 
  • Hire and lead a talented team of Brand Partnerships Managers
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Sustainability, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to create functional internal processes that lead to partner success

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in partnership management 
  • Proven track record of successfully executing multiple projects simultaneously with external partners
  • Strong presentation and data analysis skills
  • Highly detail oriented approach
  • Collaborative spirit and experience working cross-functionally
