Pachama is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help the world’s largest companies achieve their decarbonization goals. You will be focused on building the foundational messaging that educates leading companies on the challenges of carbon markets and Pachama’s unique solution. The ideal candidate has demonstrated interest in climate tech, experience in positioning and thought leadership, and a track record of success in dynamic, startup environments.
Who we are
Pachama's mission is to restore nature to help address climate change. Pachama brings the latest technology in remote sensing and AI to the world of forest carbon in order to enable forest conservation and restoration to scale. Pachama’s core technology harnesses satellite imaging with artificial intelligence to measure carbon captured in forests. Through the Pachama marketplace, companies and individuals can connect with carbon credits from projects that are protecting and restoring forests worldwide. 

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in Pachama’s value proposition and the nuanced challenges of nature-based carbon credits 
  • Act as a steward of the Pachama brand, creating stories that inspire and invite customers to echo and amplify our narrative
  • Create and manage high-impact sales enablement materials that shorten sales cycles and increase conversion rates for enterprise customers
  • Write and edit content that engages enterprise prospects, attracts media attention and positions Pachama as a thought leader
  • Partner closely with the Demand team to launch new products, facilitate lead generation and nurture campaigns, supporting related campaign execution and reporting activities
  • Develop and execute message tests to gather insights for sales, product and marketing teams

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have Many Of The Following

  • Exceptional writer
  • Experience crafting product positioning, thought leadership and sales enablement tools for B2B audiences
  • 5+ years experience in marketing in a high-growth B2B organization
  • Strong understanding of corporate sustainability and/or forest science
  • A passion for sustainability
