There are currently project locations across the country and co-ops should be ready to relocate to any of our projects for the duration of their co-op. </span></div><div> </div><div><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"><strong>Requirements:   </strong>  </span></div><ul><li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"> Accountable to continually reinforce safe behaviors and correct “at risk” behaviors.</span></li><li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"> Assists in the generation, maintenance, tracking, and updating of project-specific procurement log, RFI log, POD, and engineering milestones on a weekly basis.</span></li><li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"> Attends meetings and takes minutes and distributes to Project Engineers for review and distribution to project teams.</span></li><li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"> Assists and maintains project documentation structures utilizing SharePoint, Procore, or client systems (RFI, drawings, submittals, transmittals)</span></li><li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"> Reviews and checks conformance of vendor submittals and/or engineering designs (where applicable) to exhibits of the prime contract.</span></li><li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"> Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.</span></li><li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"> Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies &amp; Procedures.</span></li><li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"> Presents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.</span></li></ul><div><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"><strong>Qualifications: </strong> </span></div><ul><li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"> You must be working toward a BS or MS degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Civil preferred).</span></li><li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"> You must be 18 years of age by the start of the co-op assignment.</span></li><li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"> You must be a US Citizen.</span></li><li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"> You must have a valid driver’s license.</span></li><li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"> You must be able to complete a Co-Op at any one of our locations. This often requires relocating out of state for the duration of the Co-Op.</span></li><li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms' , geneva;"> You must be able to complete at least 4 months of work, but 6+ months is preferred.
