LATAM Procurement Specialist

What you’ll do:

• Act as a subject matter expert in indirect procurement categories (Fleet, IT, and Travel), serving as a key reference for Latin America.
• Identify and manage suppliers.
• Negotiate and manage contracts.
• Execute high-value quotations.
• Develop and evaluate suppliers.

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a specialization in Procurement.
• Advanced English (essential). Intermediate Spanish and/or Portuguese; native fluency in either Spanish or Portuguese depending on location (Panama or Brazil).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Extensive experience in indirect procurement, with experience in Fleet, IT, and Travel preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Prior experience interacting with clients and/or suppliers from other countries, especially Latin America.
• Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement – 3 days per week in the office in Jaguariúna, SP, Brazil or Panama Pacifico (depending on the country of employment).
