This role will be instrumental in driving and further developing our financial controlling and planning processes as well as providing strategic insights to GROPYUS’ executive team.<h2>What you'll be doing:</h2><ul><li>Shape/ Further develop financial planning processes (Budget / Forecasts) and create target / actual comparisons, adequate reports and development of action plans</li><li>Manage financial closing activities on FP&amp;A/ Controlling side and act as sparring partner for the Accounting and Purchasing teams</li><li>Drive development and prepare management reports on group, site, project and cost center level</li><li>Drive strategic initiatives and collaborate with various departments within and beyond the CFO area, majorly on x-functional/ project basis</li><li>Act as a business and sparring partner for group function leaders regarding all finance topics (FP&amp;A, Controlling, Accounting)</li><li>Drive development of an adequate cost controlling framework; Prepare cost comparisons and profitability calculations</li><li>Fine-tune existing and implement new SAP &amp; SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) processes to improve quality of our financial reporting</li></ul><h2>Who you are:</h2><ul><li>You have a master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field</li><li>At least 6 years of experience in demanding environments like management consulting and/or FP&amp;A / Finance Controlling roles, ideally in manufacturing industries</li><li>Quick comprehension, outstanding structuring, analytical and organizational skills</li><li>High affinity/ having fun with analyzing financial data and precise way of working</li><li>Capacity to handle multiple tasks with deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Team player, ability to work reliably both independently as well as with other players across the company</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint power user)</li><li>Business fluent in English; German proficiency highly desirable</li><li>Candidacy in the CPA/ CFA program and Expertise in SAP (4/HANA) reporting and processes are each considered a plus</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>An unlimited contract with 30 vacation days.  </li><li>Flexible, hybrid work: You can work from home or come into the office on the schedule that works best for you.
