You can communicate effectively with stakeholders and sponsors with data-driven recommendations, often thinking two steps ahead, and are able to persuade and challenge assumptions based on due diligence from the initiative. </li><li style="font-size:14pt;">You are solutions-driven, know how to manage disagreements constructively, and will leave your ego at the door. </li></ul><h2> About you</h2><ul><li style="font-size:14pt;">You have at least 3-5 years of end-to-end project and program management experience. </li><li style="font-size:14pt;">You have managed delivery of cross-functional projects across business, technology, and digital product, with agile teams and in traditional project management environments.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;">You work with cross functional teams and owners to define problems, business requirements, priority, acceptance criteria, performance standards, and establish goals for individual projects that involve multi-disciplinary teams across multiple business units.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;">You have basic working knowledge of Excel, reporting tools and are comfortable using them to support project tracking.  </li><li style="font-size:14pt;">You can expect to be a go-to resource &amp; consultant on projects you do not own, and act as project management and business impact expert. </li><li style="font-size:14pt;">You work at all functional levels within the organization, such as Product, Design, Engineering, business unit Head &amp; Executive Management.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;">You’re a passionate, self-starting team player, and an expert in managing priorities and constructively managing conflict with functional teams, product owners, and other stakeholders. </li><li style="font-size:14pt;">You are fully accountable for your tasks, and work in an independent and structured manner.
