To start, you will be working directly with the ETU 2.0 Project Lead to support the transition from Build and Test to Integrated Systems Operations, to help ensure the success of the world’s largest, molten, fluoride-salt demonstration of the KP-FHR technology. You will work in a small, highly empowered team where every team member is directly responsible for the success of the ETU 2.0 Project and KP-FHR program, by ensuring collaboration and coordination occurs in the design, manufacturing, and operations of equipment and systems.Responsibilities<ul><li>This role will be dynamic and will require you to coordinate work and lean into developing solutions across various stakeholders (other engineers, designers, and technicians) for complex issues impacting project objectives/milestones</li><li>Eliminate roadblocks across teams within Kairos Power by increasing transparency of engineering information by being able to quickly learn technical information and drive independent quick decision making to rapidly implement practical operations.</li><li>Demonstrated project experience with engineering integration where multiple system owners, stakeholders and entities are all required to collaborate to delivery the project</li><li>Demonstrated project experience with using and interpreting Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&amp;IDs), piping isometrics and mechanical assembly drawings is required.</li><li>Demonstrated project experience with Test Plans, Test Procedures, Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing as well as integrated system commissioning is strongly desired.</li><li>Working knowledge of Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP) for power plants or chemical plants is desired</li><li>Demonstrated project
