The Role:

Voltaiq is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This cross-functional role works
with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success in developing new and improved experiences and
processes through a combination of business process and technical work. You will own specific
tools and corresponding parts of lead management, quote-to-cash process and weekly and
monthly reporting. This role is a combination of hands-on work and efficient process
development. You will report to our Vice President of Sales.


Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute strategy for tools and data used for prospecting and building pipeline
● Improve sales operational efficiencies through a combination of process, technology, and
automation to drive sales productivity and insight
● Function as Subject Matter Expert for tools and data from those tools (LinkedIn Sales
Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.)
● Assist the Sales team in order processing and sales reporting – including quotes,
pipeline/activity reports, and contract preparation.
● Work directly with field sales, sales leaders, finance and other team members to capture
feedback for process improvements and to drive adoption
● Partner with Sales Enablement to develop training to help peers, partners and users
become more effective in their use of the tools
● Develop and maintain documentation on tools and best practices
● Drive behaviors to maintain data integrity to ensure accurate insights, positively impacting
sales leadership’s ability to adjust strategy and tactics
● Up to 10% travel to company meetings and trade shows (global health restrictions
dependent)

Qualifications:
● 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations – applying technology to solve
business problems
● Direct experience in managing and driving efficiency from sales technologies (ZoomInfo,
HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
● Understanding of core SaaS B2B technology business Sales and Marketing processes (lead
management, outbound prospecting)
● Direct experience with CRM systems managing contacts, account data, and hierarchy
● Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
● Must possess business acumen, strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and
process management skill
● Undergraduate or graduate degree with a business, marketing, or technology focus is a plus,
but not a requirement
● Native speaker ability or high business fluency in one of the following languages is a plus:
German, French, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese
● A passion for working to accelerate the global transition to clean energy
● Authorization to work in the U.S.
