Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm, Onsite, Moses Lake, WA

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

  • Manage packages received for Engineer/Facilities department
    • Maintain electronic records of all packages received.
    • Check in packages to verify quantity and accuracy of items delivered.
    • Notify requester of delivery through packages received email.
    • Accurately label packages with appropriate information.
    • Responsible for turning in paperwork to receiving and accounting.
    • Follow up with requestor for packages pending verification.
    • Collaborate with purchasing department for more information regarding orders.
    • Maintain open level of communication between receiving department. 
  • Create shipping request and prep items for shipment within Facilities department.
  • Consistently uphold cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
  • Keep project(s) components organized within the warehouse and be familiar with their locations.
  • Coordinate and communicate with affected departments regarding parts needing to be stored in the warehouse, while maintaining organization.
  • Maintain organization of torque wrench cabinet.
  • Actively support 5S program.
  • Maintain storage of critical inventory items in an organized manner and accrue knowledge of inventory parts location.
  • Act as subject matter expert for critical inventory parts.
  • Check out inventory parts while maintaining accuracy off appropriate information needed.
  • Assist with continuous progress/growth of inventory parts.
  • Perform inventory counts.
  • Support 3rd party scale company with weights for calibrations/repairs.
  • Operate forklift and complete rigging certification. Will complete inhouse.
  •  Maintain open communication with Facilities Administrator Supervisor regarding completed repairs, as well as affected departments.
  • Assist and have knowledge of all scale repairs/calibrations onsite.
  • Organization of scale work bench and parts.
  • Main person for pulling weekly UPW/HPW water samples plant wide.
  • Pull and submit samples to the Laboratory departments.
  • Prep water sample bottles for weekly samples.
  • Common knowledge of IRIS and water sample results.
  • Main person for particle testing
    • Perform Air Particle Testing.
    • Perform HEPA Velocity Testing.
    • Perform Pressure Differential Testing.
    • Enter test results accurately on test report.
    • Schedule particle testing with affiliated departments.
  • Notify departments upon completion of air particle testing.
  • Uphold all MLI policies and “MLI Code of Conduct.”
  • Strict compliance with Environmental and Safety regulations.
  • Compliance and individual accountability with the MLI Quality System and ISO Registration is required.  It is the employee’s commitment to ensure that the Company’s actual practices and procedures are exercised as directed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support and sustain a high performing team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to operate various types of forklifts.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Previous Forklift experience.

Summary pay range: $22-$30/hour

WORKING CONDITIONS

Duties are generally performed indoors in an office and high purity manufacturing environment. The noise level in the manufacturing work environment is occasionally loud. Employees will work in a covered Process Safety Management (PSM) environment containing threshold quantities of flammable liquids and/or gasses that have a potential for fire or explosion. Employees working in this environment are required to be free from devices that are not considered intrinsically safe. Examples of devices that may not be intrinsically safe include Insulin Pumps, Pacemakers, Pain Management devices, etc. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
