Electric Hydrogen’s mission is to create an abundant and decarbonized material future. Our outstanding people are our most important asset and will allow us to deliver hydrogen from renewable electrolysis for heavy industry, at prices below fossil fuels. 
When it comes to the clean energy transition, humans have left the hardest challenges to last.  Decarbonizing industries such as: steel, chemicals, fertilizer, and grid storage account for about 50% of emissions.  Electric Hydrogen is re-engineering electrolysis to produce renewable hydrogen for hard-to-decarb industries.  Cheaper than fossil fuels.
Our Head of Talent will build and lead our recruiting function. In this role, you will partner with our hiring managers across the company from research and engineering to business and operations. You will build the team that builds the teams that decarbonize half the planet.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Partner with our leadership team to plan for hiring needs across the company and create growth roadmaps to build a diverse and world-class team
• Work with hiring managers to execute on critical searches
• Build our talent strategy and drive our talent brand
• Design and implement a structured interview process that is engaging, challenging, and inclusive
• Grow and develop the talent team to meet our continued growth
• Use a data-driven approach to identify gaps and continuously improve recruiting operations and interview practices
• Build the talent muscle for the entire company through trainings and process alignment

• Recruited in one or more of the following deeptech industries: biotech, robotics, materials science, renewables, chemicals, aerospace, and manufacturing
