Sales Operations Intern (Mandarin speaker) - Seller Success

About the Job
Your Mission (If You Accept It):
- Support the Seller Success Operations Manager to coordinate communications between internal functional teams (quality, logistics, finance, legal etc) and business team
- Be part of the taskforce to lead on seller education webinars and develop Chinese content library
- Master APAC social communication tools
- Build up effective communication mechanisms on Wechat by setting up auto-replies or keywords detection
- Work with translation agency and coordinate with internal stakeholders on content translation
- Mass manage a group of sellers, regularly support them on policy updates, quality alerts, and after sales claims etc.
- Gather seller feedbacks in a systematic way, validate by probing internal data, identify common frictions and turn them into actionable insights
You’re At The Right Place If:
- You are looking for a 6-months internship
- English and Mandarin are no-brainers (fully professional capability in English, Native in Mandarin)
- If you’re extra cool and speak more languages, bonus points for you!
- Good organization & communication skills, and not afraid of writing structured documents
- Detail-oriented and patient to build a project from start to finish, and have a lot of drive with a can-do attitude
- Interested in engaging with small to medium size businesses and e-commerce
- Experience in content creation and live broadcasting is a plus
- Interested in fast-growing start up preferred
- Salesforce, SQL and/or Tableau experience is a plus, but readiness to learn a must
