Job Description
When it comes to the clean energy transition, humans have left the hardest challenges to last. Decarbonizing industries such as: steel, chemicals, fertilizer, and grid storage account for about 50% of emissions. Electric Hydrogen is re-engineering electrolysis to produce renewable hydrogen for hard-to-decarb industries. Cheaper than fossil fuels.
Our
Talent Ops Specialist will: build efficient recruiting operations, own reporting and metrics, and help deliver stellar candidate experiences. You will be the nuts and bolts of a team that operates like a well-oiled machine.
About the role
- Build scalable and efficient hiring workflows including templates for all stages of the hiring processes
- Help schedule as needed for the recruiting team
- Manage internal job library, edit job descriptions, and manage postings
- Manage the ATS as the single source of truth
- Analyze and report on hiring metrics, and use a data-driven approach to continuously improve our hiring process
- Help sourcing for roles as needed
About you

- Passionate about hiring and working with awesome humans
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination and operations in a high-growth startup
