Responsibilities:

Identify, design, develop, and launch activities to support operator safety, efficiency, and reduce operator fatigue

Develop best practices to support Enkamat production

Conduct time studies that may support findings

Communicate with external vendors to source materials for improved way of working for operations

Present project findings and help scope actions that can be taken beyond the internship

Note: Housing support provided

Qualifications:

Preferred Degrees: Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging Engineer/Technology/Sciences

Rising Junior or Senior Preferred
