What are you going to do?

As Manager Technical Assets, you are responsible for the maintenance annual plan and all execution of corrective and preventive maintenance processes for our two factories. You develop improvement programs to enhance the technical reliability of the machinery and increase output. Continuously improving the machine park is the main focus of your vision.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Setting strategic maintenance goals;
  • Responsible for developing the maintenance annual plan consisting of corrective and preventive maintenance for all equipment in 2 factories;
  • Responsible for creating the annual maintenance budget (OPEX/CAPEX);
  • Coordinate all maintenance activities with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Production Managers, Technical Service, contractors, and machine suppliers);
  • Maintaining contact with suppliers, asset management
  • Lead maintenance activities across the two factory locations (including technical warehouse);
  • Responsible for maintaining and implementing maintenance systems;
  • Explore innovation opportunities;
  • Manage technical continuous improvement programs;
  • Responsible for developing, executing, and evaluating the LOTO compliance program for all equipment;
  • Participate in the Operational Management Team and report to the Production Director;
  • Project manager for new investments.

In this role, the main task is to achieve the desired quality together with your team, consisting of internal transport, production technical specialists, work preparation, technical warehouse, and an asset management system maintenance specialist. Safety and quality are highly valued in our organization. Additionally, you are responsible for continuously improving efficiency (OEE) by monitoring production figures and through various communication structures. You coach your team members on personal leadership and taking ownership. You provide clear and concise instructions to your team and encourage collaboration. It energizes you to bring your team to a higher level.

What are we looking for?

  • You have a completed bachelor degree (technical direction);
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership position, preferably in a production environment;
  • You can act efficiently and adapt easily to changing circumstances;
  • You are results-oriented and can set short-term as well as medium/long-term goals with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
