Project Manager Intern (Seller Quality) - Operations

Your Mission (If You Accept It):🥇

• Run the quality processes that will help monitor and enforce our quality standards
• Perform a Technical Analysis of after-sales service tickets related to hardware issues (defective batteries, display, tactile, audio…) and identify issues to be corrected by the seller
• Contribute to designing tools and processes to support our merchants in improving their quality
• Contribute to the identification and launch of concrete actions for account managers to improve the quality of their merchant
• Build resources to support the deployment of these actions to account managers and foster adoption

• Looking for a 6 months full-time internship (Master’s Degree)
• You are data-driven and can run analysis and build business insights from data with excel/Gsheet
• English is a no-brainer (fully professional capability). If you’re extra cool and speak more languages, bonus points for you!
• You have some understanding about Embedded systems, Consumer Electronics and Circular Economy
• You have strong Project Management skills, can work with multiple stakeholders and in a fast-paced environment
• You are organized and structured, you pay attention to details, and have a lot of drive with a can-do / will-do attitude

About The Apprentice or Internship : 📅

• Starting date is in January 2025
• Duration : 6 months full time
• Location : Bordeaux, France
• --> You must have an internship agreement provided by your current French school !
