AMP Robotics is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to deliver marketing programs and campaigns that drive demand to acquire new customers and grow our existing base through a variety of channels such as email, digital events and webinars, website and more. This role will oversee marketing tools, workflows, data, automation, integrations to help accelerate our sales pipeline. Employing best practice account-based marketing strategies and tactics, the marketing operations manager will help drive awareness, interest, consideration and adoption of new and existing products, resulting in net new opportunities for our sales pipeline.

 

As our Marketing Operations Manager, you will work to:

  • Create a strong marketing operations framework, supporting the marketing team with digital programs to reach our conversion goals and maintain a high-quality marketing database through data enrichment, lead scoring, segmentation and reporting.
  • Administer AMP’s marketing automation platform (Pardot) including optimizing system functionality, driving best practices and overseeing marketing programs including lead capture, lead scoring, nurturing, and analytics reporting. Manage targeted customer lists and create an ABM customer journey through the use of technology, processes and operational best practices
  • Identify program requirements and own timelines, deliverables, and metrics; drive action from internal and external program stakeholders to ensure program success
  • Improve targeted marketing initiatives by ensuring high data quality through list management, data enrichment and database monitoring
  • Employ best practices in account-based marketing strategies and leverage buyer personas and behaviors to deliver personalized content to leads/prospects/customers that drive engagement and conversions
  • Work with marcom, product marketing and creative to create compelling content such as email campaigns and landing pages optimized for SEO with strong CTA
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, BD, customer success, and other teams to develop and execute relevant and impactful campaigns
  • Manage relevant agencies and 3rd parties in the execution of programs
  • Travel for events as needed a few times a year 

 

The successful candidate will have:

Required:

  • Proven track record of being hands-on in creating and executing multi-channel and multi-touch marketing programs and campaigns that generate demand and drive lead conversion using enterprise-scale CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce and Pardot
  • 3-5 years experience with B2B demand generation through digital marketing, email and content marketing as well as lead pipeline management
  • Strong background in lead process automation and workflows as well as lead reporting
  • Analytical skills that align with how to think about campaigns and their outcomes; experience with campaign ROI measurement and reporting on lead pipeline and conversion rates in order to make recommendations to optimize program performance
  • Strong project management skills - high attention to detail, highly organized with ability to manage and advance many projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to the unexpected
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to relay campaign plans and results to internal stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, self-starter; proactive and collaborative

Preferred: 

  • Experience with industrial equipment, B2B SaaS, or waste/recycling industries highly desirable

Salary & compensation information: $85,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

  • Medical - The company covers up to 85% of the premium for Cigna healthcare plans. Employees pay the difference in premium if they select a more expensive plan. Up to 75% for dependents. 
  • Group Life, AD&D – 100% paid.

  • Paid Vacation Leave – Accrues at a rate of ~4.31 hours (0.54 days) per pay period (2 weeks) starting day 1. Unused PTO carries over each year with a 1-year limit.
  • Paid Sick Leave – 64 hours per year, given in full on start date, refreshes on anniversary.
  • 401(k) retirement plan - (non-matching).
  • Seven (7) paid holidays – 7 company designated and 2 floating holidays.
