The opportunity is vast ($1.5T market in consumer product development) and while we started in the wellness and personal care category, we are growing to serve a broader set of markets, including food, household cleaning, and more. 
What We're Looking For 
Novi is building a data platform to help consumer brands understand their products and ingredients, and a marketplace to help brands purchase ingredients from suppliers. We’re growing at a rapid pace, so we are looking for someone who is excited about our mission and speaking about it to our current and prospective customers.
The Sales Operations Specialist wears many different hats to make sure we can delight all customers, reach the growth projections, measure KPI, work with customers, and manage the operations. In addition, this is an opportunity to prioritize top initiatives across a fast-growing company and drive growth and value.

As an early team member, you’ll help lay the foundation for our initial growth, acting as the face of Novi for a wide number of exciting brands leveraging Novi’s innovation and bringing their voices to our operational development. You Will

  • Leverage technology to deliver reporting to executives as well as team members
  • Communicate regularly with customers as needed to ensure reliable and satisfactory service
  • Coordinate and/or conduct physical and virtual set up of training events, including AV and other technology
  • Communicate with the team, internal and external partners via video conference, phone, email, and in-person
  • Deliver the best value for customers and make sure they are delighted
  • Lead and drive competitive projects forward in collaboration with various partners, including operations, sales, and customer support
  • Be the sales expert on assigned operations projects while keeping up-to-date with the roadmap strategy, projections, and hiring plans that inform important launches and special projects
  • Identify, diagnose and resolve performance issues
  • Optimize and manage processes to streamline efficiency where possible (such as Hubspot maintenance), including proactively identifying needs, vetting and selection, training, contract negotiations and ongoing vendor management
  • Communicate effectively across all levels

About You

  • 2+ years of related experience, preferred work experience in sales operations

  • Strong initiative and follow-through skills
  • Collaborative, communicative, personable, and approachable
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Computer proficiency, specifically Google applications
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to support multiple projects under potentially conflicting deadlines
  • Bonus points for having worked at a tech company or fast growing startup
