<p>Faircado is at the forefront of the sustainable shopping movement, making second-hand the first choice for consumers everywhere. Faircado simplifies the search for quality pre-owned items by aggregating listings from various trusted platforms, ensuring a seamless and eco-conscious shopping experience. We’re building Faircado to disrupt and make circular the €200 Billion resale market in Europe, making the planet a better place at the same time.</p><p>Currently, the online second-hand market is fragmented, messy, and time-consuming, so Faircado is creating a movement where the experience of buying second-hand is better than buying new. To date, we’ve built a browser extension that finds second-hand alternatives as you shop online as normal (check it out, it's pretty cool). We're on a mission to scale our user-friendly platform to millions of users, making a tangible impact on the environment and consumer habits.</p><p>Recognized as <em>Product Hunt’s “Product of the Day”</em> on Black Friday, our innovative approach to second-hand shopping earned us the prestigious title of winner at <em>Slush 100</em>, the largest investment pitching competition of its kind. Consequently, we’ve received investment from top-tier investors like <em>General Catalyst</em> and <em>Accel</em>. Moreover, </p><p>Faircado has been acknowledged as one of the top German startups to watch, a testament to our commitment to growth and impact in the tech and sustainability sectors.</p><h2>Tasks</h2><p><strong>Duration: 3 Months (Summer Internship, Starting ASAP)</strong></p><p><strong>Languages Required: German and English Fluency</strong></p><p><strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Focus on TikTok and Short Form Content</strong>: Your primary responsibility will be to create and manage engaging short-form content on TikTok and other similar platforms. </li><li><strong>Content Creation</strong>: Be comfortable and confident producing content, including using tools like CapCut, and being in front of the camera. You'll have the freedom to express unlimited creativity and take full ownership of our TikTok channel.</li><li><strong>Storytelling:</strong> Utilise your natural storytelling skills to create compelling narratives that resonate with Gen Z audiences.
