We are looking for a driven and strategic Senior Financial Analyst who is excited about being the first FP&A hire at an organization making a meaningful difference in the world. The Senior Financial Analyst will assist the VP of Finance in building a scalable, world-class Corporate Finance function. What you'll do:

  • Assist with designing and executing the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-term strategic planning processes
  • Research best practices and perform benchmarking analysis for KPIs and other operational aspects of a high-growth organization
  • Assist with Board reporting and help design and implement Executive reporting
  • Identify opportunities to optimize spend and work to reduce costs and inefficiencies
  • Monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends, and analyzing the root causes of variances to deliver valuable insight and recommendations
  • Simplify, streamline, and automate FP&A processes and make full use of forecasting and financial system capabilities that will allow us to continue to scale rapidly and globally
  • Work with business partners to understand, distill, and communicate ongoing and evolving business trends that will drive management decisions and action

What we value:

  • Finance experience preferably including corporate FP&A
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is required
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively across functions and levels throughout the company
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with big picture strategic comprehension
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of SaaS business models and experience in analyzing SaaS metrics
  • In-depth knowledge of financial statements is a plus
  • Advanced modeling skills, experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis, and ability to generate data-driven insights is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another quantitative field is a plus
