Responsibilities:

  • Conducts and manages Internal Audits and administers the Document Control system.
  • Provides support for Customer Complaints, and Corrective and Preventive Actions.
  • Provides assistance in Production Part Approval Process, which may include development of Control Plans, FMEAs and Flow Diagrams.
  • Helps with analysis and reporting of attribute and variable data from Quality Systems.
  • Supports Quality Assurance staff with SPC including analysis and control limits calculation and creates reports/charts for customers as needed.
  • Utilizes SPC and GD&T to monitor internal processes. Interacts with customers to provide technical support as required.
  • Reports PPM monthly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a similar role.
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).ng, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or ISO Auditor.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements specific to the industry (e.g., FDA, ISO 9001, GMP).
  • Experience with statistical software and data analysis tools.
