You will be responsible for both planned and unplanned service activities, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and fostering strong relationships throughout the lifecycle of GEA Equipment, Solutions, and Services.Tasks/Duties:<ul><li>Maintenance and Installations: Carry out planned/unplanned maintenance tasks and execute installations.</li><li>Deliver High-Quality Service: Perform service tasks with professionalism, maintaining clear communication with customers, establishing trust and an ongoing positive relationship.</li><li>Identify and Report Opportunities: Proactively identify and communicate service opportunities.</li><li>Represent the Organization: Act as the "face" of the company, building and maintaining strong client relationships.</li><li>Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose and repair GEA and other manufacturers' equipment efficiently.</li><li>Support Service Projects: Provide technical expertise and assistance in service projects.</li><li>Site Visits and Audits: Monitor equipment performance through site visits and audits.</li><li>Coordinate and Document: Liaise with other departments, prepare estimates, and maintain detailed service records.</li><li>Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow all GEA Group and customers’ HSE standards and regulations.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Completion of High School and Certificate/Diploma in a relevant technical field (preferred),  with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience</li><li>Proficiency in reading and understanding schematics and diagrams.</li><li>Competencies in mechanical and PLC/HMI troubleshooting.</li><li>Strong skills in problem-solving, customer service, record keeping and quality management.</li><li>Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, along with excellent planning, professionalism, and teamwork abilities.
