Job Description

Junior Master Data Management Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of Supplier, Customer, and Product master Data records by servicing requests
  • Work with the other MDM team members on establishing and maintaining policies and best practices for data management
  • Coordinate with the various teams to collate the data, scrub the data, and provide meaningful insights by Driving process improvements
  • Assist the MDM team in providing reports and KPIs around health of Supplier Master Data
  • Work on special tasks and projects as requested, and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers as they relate to future, in-process, and past Supplier data requests
  • Understands and embodies our purpose & core values

  • Drive daily activities to ensure the efficiency, governance, and maintenance of SOPs
  • Ensures master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality
  • Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies
  • Widely viewed as someone who personifies our core values, is committed to them, and leans on them when making difficult decisions

Qualifications:      

  • Skilled in Excel and ERP (ideally Oracle)
  • Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
  • 1 year of Data Management experience
