OUR PURPOSE

We are transitioning billions of urban miles from bikes, cars and trucks to smart e-bikes. eBikes are more efficient, more sustainable and now, easily accessible.

THE ROLE

As an Operations Analyst supporting the Global Operations function at Zoomo, you will be responsible for ensuring we have the right data-driven visibility and insights into operational activities across all our markets.

As part of a rapidly growing function and company, you will be responsible for the setup and management of operational reporting back to the business, including the day to day management, maintenance and improvement of key dashboards.

To be successful in this role, the Global Operations Analyst will need to be comfortable working in an ever changing, dynamic environment, be hands-on and willing to go into the details.

This role would be ideally suited for a gun graduate, or a junior analyst with 1-2 years experience looking to gain more responsibilities and learning opportunities in a rapidly growing startup. You will also have the support of an experienced Operations Analyst as well as Senior Operations Managers in the business to learn from.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core responsibilities include:

  • Working with new and complex data structures to create operational reporting dashboards for the business
  • Monitoring and reporting on performance vs. goals set by management team
  • Helping identify process gaps and business improvement opportunities through maintaining of dashboards and deep diving into untapped data points
  • Making actionable recommendations based on large amount of information from varying data sources
  • Support on wider strategic project initiatives on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • Ideally, 1-2 years of relevant experience in data or analytics role at a high growth startup/tech company. Also open to graduates with intern experience.
  • Experience working with SQL is a must have
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Looker, Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau and experience with Python, or R+ would be an advantage
  • Degree level qualification in a relevant field such as data science, information management systems, analytics would be an advantage
  • Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and within set deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self motivated with a desire to learn, able to work in remote working environment with limited supervision
