Position Title__Business Development Manager

Location__Tbilisi, Georgia

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, focusing primarily on

Georgia and the broader Caucasus region.

Keep the Pipeline tracker meticulously updated with ongoing and upcoming opportunities.

Gather and analyze Partners/Competitors' Profiles, identifying their strengths and weaknesses.

Collect contact information for key individuals within partner and competitor organizations.

Liaise with clients to obtain clarifications and additional information related to bids when necessary.

Coordinate with clients, the Regional Business Development team, and Proposal managers to ensure timely and seamless submission of EOIs and proposals.

Manage client accounts, fostering relationships with partners and various stakeholders.

Conduct meetings with diverse clients to gather information about potential opportunities.

Report to the Line Manager and adapt activities to align with the business unit's needs.

Identify local and international consultants as needed to build strategic alliances facilitating

project wins and implementation.

Support the preparation of presentations, business strategies, and market analyses related to business development.

Participate in various meetings, including negotiations, workshops, and conferences, to convey and gather information crucial for the company's commercial activities.

Assist in sourcing new partners and clients while maintaining efficient business relations with existing partners and clients to enhance overall profitability.

Maintain  correspondence  and  communication  with  other  managers  in  the  company  to collaborate and achieve regional goals.

Enhance the company's reputation by accomplishing diverse tasks and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in Marketing or Business Development

Proficiency in English and Georgian, with the ability to write reports as needed

Knowledge of Russian is advantageous.
