Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: You contribute to develop and implement marketing strategies for lead generation, including, SEO/SEM and email marketing

• Social Media Strategy: You contribute to our social media strategy to engage and attract potential customers

• Lead generation & qualification: You proactively identify and approach potential customers through targeted marketing activities and campaigns and evaluate them for passing on to sales

• Content creation: You work with internal and external partners to create targeted content

• Campaign management: You plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns and measure the effectiveness

• CRM management: You maintain and update the CRM system to follow up on leads

• Market and competitive analysis: You assist in conducting market and competitive analysis to recognize trends and identify new business opportunities

• Sales: You work closely with the sales teams to ensure leads generated are effectively followed up and converted into sales opportunities

Qualifications:

• Qualification: You hold a degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field of study

• Experience: You have already worked for 2-3 years in marketing, with strong focus on lead generation, qualification, and social media

• Digital Marketing Savvy: You own a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with hands-on experience in executing successful campaigns

• CRM Expertise: You are familiar with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, with a preference for experience in MSD Marketing

• Analytical Skills: You possess excellent analytical skills and are capable to turn data into actionable marketing strategies

• Communication Skills: You have strong communication and presentation skills and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment

• Proactive Attitude: You work results-driven, with a proactive and hands-on approach

• Language Proficiency: You are able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken German and English
