Job Description

Job Overview

The Account Coordinator works to support the Biofuels Program Staff and clients pursuing third-party environmental certifications. The Account Coordinator is responsible for processing all Client requests along with supporting the Biofuels Team with its current and new client portfolio. The Account Coordinator will provide support to the Program and all client relationship management as well as sales and administrative support, including Work Order creation, submittal to client and subsequent Invoice billing for Biofuels client portfolio. The Account Coordinator collaborates with the Technical Manager for additional support needed. They will continue collaboration with Auditors, Program Managers and technical staff as needed to continue to ensure that the monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines are completed on time. This is a remote position*. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities

Account Coordination Management

  • Receives, processes, set up New Client Requests
  • Provides support to preparation of Biofuels Initial and Renewal Work Orders for various programs under the various Biofuels programs.
  • Organize and maintain Client files and documentation.
  • Support Program with client invoicing, and certification packet release
  • Develop relationship with clients, as knowledge base expands
  • Interface with technical staff to ensure timely service delivery
  • Assist the Biofuels programs in the development and maintenance of program procedures,  protocols and forms
Minimum Qualifications
  • AA in business administration or relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in business administration and experience in project or program coordination, client interface, data entry
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to frequent timeline changes with complex, long-term projects
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience using database systems and remote applications for communications, such as Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred
  • Commitment to SCS values and environmental issues
  • Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered. Proof of vaccination required. Medical and religious accommodations will also be considered.
Physical Requirements

This is an office based job. Sit 6+ hours per day. Keyboarding 6+ hours per day. Must be able to speak and listen in person and on the phone.
