Responsibilities:

  • Send invoices to customers and bank collection, following up until receipt.

  • Negotiate with customers to settle debts, involving aspects such as deadlines, rebates, interest, refund of goods, etc., aiming for a mutually satisfactory agreement.

  • Contact customers to resolve issues related to billing.

  • Prepare reports with the status of open invoices and receipts made.

  • Calculate interest and other financial charges on late invoice payments.

  • Analyze and release credit to customers within the standards established by the company.

  • Clarify doubts from customers and sellers, proposing solutions to settle debts.

  • Prepare monthly billing statements, aiming to maintain control of outstanding charges and control the number of defaulting customers.

  • Maintain up-to-date control with the economic-financial indexes most used by the company.

  • Instruct banks on how to proceed in cases of charges from defaulting customers.

  • Monitor cases of debt compensation with goods returned by customers.

  • Monitor cases of legal collections, carried out by specialized companies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in related areas ex.: Business Administration, Accounting

Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience

Relevant certifications, system experience, and training

High level of commitment and flexibility

Agility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment

Professional-Level English language skills preferred
