What You'll Do
Develop product vision, experience and roadmap.
Own the product vision - build customer-centric experiences, delightful product features, and a clear roadmap to drive mass product adoption.
Lead the strategic planning and prioritization of products across all banking verticals: Growth, Credit Card, Banking, Impact.
Demonstrate deep understanding and balancing of long-term strategy vs. short-term commercial pressures.
Create a fit-for-growth product management team and structure.
Fully own the of end-to-end product lifecycle between you, your team and key stakeholders.
Coordinate deep user-research to identify needs and new opportunities.
Establish Key Performance Indicators to track product usage and growth.
Own and execute the product portfolio and deployment to market through working collaboratively with cross functional team members.
Manage, measure and report on the required quality, scope, budget and outcomes of product delivery to the appropriate stakeholders.
Ensure overall product portfolio risks and dependencies are clearly managed and communicated.
Recruit and lead an execution-oriented Product Management organization.
Develop and implement scalable processes that define and prioritize the product roadmap through an agile framework that aligns with business and growth objectives.
Ensure that all product and feature development is clearly communicated, documented, and delivered with the highest quality and within defined timelines.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams consisting of Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, Sales, Marketing, Customer Engagement, Operations, and other key business stakeholders to formulate and execute product strategy that will grow revenue and increase user acquisition and engagement.
Translate research-based market needs and changes in the competitive landscape into compelling technology solutions that align with Aspiration’s vision and business plan.
Leverage customer feedback and insights to create feedback loops that inform continuous product improvement and innovation.

Strong track record for building and leading a product team jointly focused on new product innovation, serving the needs of the right customers, and business growth.
Decisive planning and execution approaches focused on growth, customer acquisition and customer experience.
Dedication to quality, speed, planning, and execution to bring products to market successfully and sustainably.
Extensive experience with product management, agile development, product launches, scaling, and change management, especially within the FinTech space.
A track record for setting clear direction and driving high levels of engagement and performance across multidisciplinary teams.
Leadership experience in communicating product expectations at the executive level.
Ability to influence through persuasive verbal and written communication.
Entrepreneurial edge, curiosity, courage, integrity, and highly proactive behaviors.
Minimum of 10 years in product management as a function senior leader.
