Are you excited to put your freshly gained HR knowledge into practice? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Tasks

As an HR Intern, you will learn through hands-on tasks related to:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding - posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • HR Administration - maintaining employee records, processing HR documents, and supporting administrative tasks.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives - participating in HR projects aimed at improving processes, employee experience and HR best practices.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s Program
  • Ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Hands-on personality, team-play-spirit, and efficient self-time management
  • Passionate for sustainability
  • Fluent in English

Duration: 6 months – 12 months

Hours per week : 20 – 40 hours

Preferred areas of studies: HR Management
