About The Role
In this role, you will work as a senior individual contributor within Worldly’s Product Team. You will ensure our platform is scaled to help customers improve the environmental and social impacts of their products and supply chains. Our customers use Worldly to gain insights and make critical decisions using data from sources like the Higg Index. This data comes from manufacturers, third-party verifiers, supply chain intermediaries, and brands and retailers. Customers use it to track progress, report to regulatory authorities, and make investment decisions.
You will apply your expertise in defining and delivering modern web-based software platforms to innovate and refine Worldly’s product solutions. Your ability to identify key problems, execute solutions, and set KPIs for your team will help Worldly expand into new use cases and sectors. You will influence senior leadership, engage with stakeholders and customers, and mentor other product managers by sharing best practices, examples, and process improvements.

What You'll Do
Drive the evolution of the core platform, including user management & permissions, checkout & payments, 3rd party integrations, and platform APIs.
Align teams and cross-functional partners so everyone understands what is being built (and why)
Lead product discovery and delivery cycles on multiple time horizons
Represent the needs of internal stakeholders and customers during feature definition and design
Translate product vision into initiatives, epics, and stories
Cultivate backlog prioritization for your areas of focus
Directly support release planning and change management, including working with internal customer support and training teams
Evolve the Product Management practice through process documentation, collaboration, mentoring, and continuous improvement

6+ years B2B software product management

Compensation
Salary: $136,000 - $190,000 Annually (USD)
