We take pride in partnering with our customers to solve their most challenging problems in unique, innovative ways.We are seeking a Stockroom Clerk to perform stockroom retention methods to prevent degradation of materials, parts and assemblies during storage.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Participant in Annual Physical Inventory Count</li><li>Maintain stockroom inventory accuracy by tracking all physical movements through use of material transactions in ERP system.</li><li>Weekly Cycle Counts</li><li>Receiving stockroom inventory - Check revs, lot numbers and quantities.  Label and stock in the appropriate location.</li><li>Return parts to stock from work orders, sub-contracts, etc.</li><li>Keeping track of low inventory for purchasing and planning</li><li>Keep track of expiration dates for epoxies, adhesives, etc. in stockroom area</li><li>Receiving, issuing, and maintaining program materials and documentation</li><li>Receiving and invoicing purchase orders.</li><li>Maintain transactions for Production Order Kits</li><li>Assist the planner and buyer with ERP problems, material tracking, etc.</li><li>Return unused parts to stock in ERP System and re-stock.  (Returns from production)</li><li>Manage “Request for Re-inspection” transactions.</li><li>Work directly with the program material coordinator to track program material properly and accurately.</li><li>Serve as a backup to Shipper/Receiver on Sick and PTO Days</li><li>Help shipper periodically on heavy shipping days (end of month, quarter, year, etc.)                    </li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Competencies                                                   To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies:<ul><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills</li><li>Basic computer proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel</li><li>Displays exemplary ethics and business conduct and performs work cognizant of safe work practices</li></ul>Education and/or Experience                                                 <ul><li>HS Diploma</li></ul>Citizenship Requirements Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.What can Teledyne offer YOU?
