What will I be doing?

Reporting to the Kaluza CTO - you will be providing leadership for Information Security in Kaluza.  

As the Head of Information Security’s your mission will be to sustain and enhance an effective, scalable, company wide information security programme, including development and growth of the security team. You will also work closely with the other technology leaders to build shared responsibilities for preventing and reacting to information security incidents, spread knowledge internally and externally about existing controls, and build trust with partners leveraging Kaluza’s security programme. 

where you will be the driver behind the company’s Information Security Management System and all related policies, procedures as well as maintaining its compliance with standards and supporting its certifications.

Is this the job for me?

Ideally you will have/be

• Broad knowledge in different technology domains (network, endpoints, cloud computing, application architecture), security concepts, security organization structures, and related common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST.
• Solid experience building and leading Information Security teams
• Experience working in a technology organisation of over 100 engineers
• Previously worked in a company with a fast paced, product engineering culture
• Experience delivering certifications and owning the management of security risks
